December 7 Facts

Today is Pearl Harbor Day. We can remember the tragedy of this day and how many lost their lives. An article in today’s paper says that over 2400 Americans died at Pearl Harbor.According to the nibble.com, it is also National Cotton Candy Day and Letter Writing Day (a lost art – I don’t know about you all but, since the advent of e-mail, I rarely receive actual handwritten letters from friends – except at Christmas when a few are still sending Christmas Cards).By the way, supposedly the first Christmas Card read” Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you.”
